| The Christian
Life The Christian life is the better
life No, the Christian life is the best. It gives you Someone to
hold on to, The only One Who can give you rest. The
Christian life is the only life That gives you the strength to go on Someone
in front, leading the way, Gently guiding till your battle is won. The
Christian life is full of hope, And when life is over on earth, The Christian
life was designed to go on Forever the reward for earthly rebirth. The
Christian life offers atonement for sins. There's nothing else a Christian
need do Than confess in his heart and sincerely repent Of his sins, and
to just follow through. The Christian
life requires much, But I hear the others ask more, And our Creator loves
us no matter what, Even if you fall in your faith and temporarily close
the door. The reason for this is
the Christian life Never does desert it's own, God's word is written right
on our hearts, And He welcomes you at the foot of His throne. In
other words, if you need to talk The Spirit of God hears you day and night, His
Spirit becomes part of your soul The moment you step into His Light. |
| Is
This How You See God? "I'll call
You when I need You, Lord, So You can just relax awhile; I'll let You know
when You can help, Just don't mess up my lifestyle. "I
don't need Your help right now, Lord, I can handle this on my own; If I
need Your advice, dear God, I'll call You on my cell phone. "You
can help somebody else now, Who needs You more than I; If I need Your intervention,
Lord, I'll just look up at the sky." Is
this the way you think of God? Is this the way that you survive? Do you
just call Him when times are bad? If so, you're more dead than you're alive. God
wants His children, everyone, To call on His strength each day, To build
a strong relationship Intimate in every way. He
made you there is not a part Of you He doesn't know or see. Don't
wait 'till life becomes unbearable; Walk with Him for your maturity. |

| God's Guiding
Hand It's very strange how things can
change, How God can somehow rearrange Our lives to fit His Purpose and His
Plan. We work and live for Him each day, We want to honor and obey, So
we can lead souls to God all that we can. Our
Father listens with fine tuned ears To all our worries and our fears, And
He's faithful to His Word; He'll never fail. He tends to all our grief and
pain, By the bright and crimson stain, That He left upon The Cross when
He travailed. |
