You Gave Yourself For Me

Oh Lord, I offer my soul to you.
It isn't much, and it isn't new,
But it's all I have, and I give it free,
Because You once gave Yourself for me.

Oh Lord, I'll do anything for You.
Yes, anything You ask me to do,
I will give of myself so willingly,
Because You first gave Yourself for me.

I am wholly Yours in every way.
I recommit my life to you each day.
I put my life into Your hands,
Though I may not always understand.

I give You Lord my everything.
You're not only God; you are my King.
You have given me a glorious ministry,
But You gave freely first, Your life for me.

You Take Care of Me

I'm so glad that You're with me,
Happier still that I'm with You,
For I chose You after I was born,
But You chose me before the world was new.

I'm so glad You're watching over me,
But even happier You sent Your Son
To keep my thoughts in line with Yours,
And finish the race I know I've won.

My life has been so confused,
But more confusing it would be
If Jesus Christ were not my Savior,
And sin's forgiveness was left to me.

When I'm in need of You the most,
I sense that You are here;
I feel your arms around me,
Your love embraces all You hold dear.

Blessings

You've blessed me, Lord, abundantly;
You've given up Your Life for me.
The steps I climb are no more steep,
For I gave You my soul to keep.

Nothing's difficult as it used to be,
Since You came and set me free
Long before my life on earth,
For you valued me before my birth.

Many problems still arise,
But somehow, right before my eyes
They're not as heavy as they were,
For You have made salvation sure.

My God, my Lord, Companion, Friend,
You have relieved me of my sin,.
The sin of flesh: lust and desire,
And built in me a purifying fire.
